2019 Bullet Journal Set up

Hello! I personally love bullet journaling. I've technically done things like it in a notebook before, but for 2019 I really wanted to go full out. I bought myself a dotted journal, a whole brush set, some nice pencils, a good eraser, a ruler, a white pen, and even a few metallic pens! So far those few things are all I've been using and seem to be getting exactly what I want with just that. What I'll be showing you is my 2019 set up. I'll be flipping page by page and explaining what they are. So let's just get to it!

First off, I am using the Minimalism Art Premium Edition Notebook Journal in the color Gray. I'm not too picky so it works pretty well for me! The only thing that you will notice is that the pages don't bleed completely through, but you can definitely see the other page through it if you are paying enough attention. Other than that, which isn't too bad, it's a fantastic journal.

Here is just the index that actually comes printed in the book which is nice because it saves me from a lot of work. Right beside it is an opener quote page. If you didn't notice, I was feeling very High School Musical when creating it! I'm not too happy with how it looks but then again this is my first time, so overall there’s no reason for me to not be proud.

Here I have my key and this "grid cheat sheet" that I got the idea from the youtuber Amandarachlee. I also got the black & silver with stars theme from her 2019 set up.

These next two spreads (I believe that's what they are called, lol I might be wrong) have to be my favorites! I just have this simple welcome to 2019 along side my "2019 at a glance."

I will say that the numbers got a little messy because it is so small and such tedious work that I began to just write quickly to get it over with😂

If we flip one page you'll see my absolute favorite spread out of them all! It's a quote that reads, "this is the beginning of anything you want" and I fell in love with the look of it! I then have my 2019 goals listed and although I had some trouble writing the goals with my white pen, I still love how it turned out.

Next I made some more so practical pages. I have one side as my bullet journal theme ideas and the other is blog post ideas. I do have what I've written down blurred out. Mostly because I have horrible hand-writing, lol, but also because I'd like to keep those a secret. Sorry!

Lastly, I had to close out the 2019 set up before I went into January. I wanted to add a big verse to keep in mind for the whole year. I found Job 34:32 and thought it was pretty fitting for all the trial and errors I might (will) experience this year. It will remind me to pray and trust him in what he is doing. I really like how it turned out.

That's all folks! I hope you enjoyed flipping through the beginning of my year with me. If you liked this, well then hit the like button below so I know! Also I want to show y'all my January set up but I'm not sure if two bullet journal uploads back to back is too much. Would it be better to do it next week or is it alright if I post something else in between, even though my January set up would be posted more in the middle of January? Let me know in the comments below!

Thanks for reading and don't forget to subscribe and be notified every Wednesday I upload. Hope to see you back! Bye!
